100% Full Month Refund Guarantee: Test After Hours Prime live in your clinic for thirty (30) days. If it isn’t working for you in the first 30 days, the Founder of After Hours Prime will refund that first month ($149) in full. No setup fee, no hidden cancellation penalties, and no fine print.
2. Mutual Commitment & Performance Condition
To ensure absolute fairness and maintain mutual accountability, this guarantee requires that your practice activate call forwarding to your designated After Hours Prime concierge line during your after-hours or peak overflow hours during the 30-day evaluation window.
- Active Forwarding: Calls must be routed to your assigned concierge line so our AI has the opportunity to answer, triage, and qualify patients.
- Accurate Clinical Guidance: The clinic provides baseline treatment guidelines (starting pricing ranges, injector bios, accepted booking calendar) during onboarding.

3. Month-to-Month Flexibility (No Lock-In Contracts)
Following the initial 14 days, your $149/month subscription renews month-to-month. There are no annual lock-in contracts or termination fees. You may cancel service at any time with a simple written notice to [email protected], and your concierge remains active through the end of your current 30-day billing period.
4. Grandfathered Founding Partner Rate Lock & Territory Exclusivity
Your $149/month rate is permanently grandfathered (standard rate: $299/mo) and includes strict Austin District Exclusivity (maximum 2 partner clinics per neighborhood: Westlake, SoCo, The Domain, Downtown, Tarrytown, Lakeway).
